of Article 38 (Establishment of Aerodromes or Installation of Air Navigation Facilities) paragraph 3 of the Law, which is applied accordingly to Article 56-(3) (Exception of the First Class Airport, etc.) paragraph 3 of the Law, shall be as listed below:

(1)The location and name of the aerodrome;

(2)Extended approach, surface, conical surface, and/or outer horizontal surface for which designation and/or alteration is projected.

(Notification of Designation of Facilities for Public Use)

Article 96-(4). The items for which a public notification shall be issued under the provision of Article 56-(5) (Establishment of Aerodrome etc. for Public Use) paragraph 2 of the Law shall be as follows:

(1)Facility's name, location, and its outline;

(2)Activation date of the facility;

(3)Any conditions on the use of the facility.
